Conceptualization, and implementation of product development while maintaining integrity of strategic creative direction for Luxhair, 3 celebrity driven brands, product launch, that targeted 3 different consumer groups (Retail for Hispanic, African American and B2B Salon owners). Brand management across all channels: photography, visual merchandising, advertising, marketing communication, packaging, retouching and compositing, in-store graphics, product launch, outdoor advertising, Power Point presentations, online promotions and construction for trade shows displays, film production. Develop best practices for design/brand consistency and asset management, including website (front-end design), e-mail campaigns, banner ads, landing pages for new promotions and product key art. Also created LUXHAIR product style guide for strategic external partners vendors to incorporate into company e-commerce sites, while adhering to brand guidelines. Developed a cohesive brand style guide to ensure consistency in all creative across all channels, graphics for on- and offline Luxhair education, marketing and sales materials. Performance management of freelance design teams of art directors, designers, copywriters, vendors, and outside agencies.
