MY DESIGN PROCESS
Although each project is different, there are certain skills that I practice that empower me to discover what users actually want. They are tried, true and a whole lot of fun.
By keeping the focus on the user and asking the right questions, good design can be achieved before any code is written, which means time and money is saved. Along with a complete design toolkit, I use some or all of these methods to reach the project's goal.
