I led UX for Photon across discovery, design, and delivery, partnering daily with a distributed engineering team in India and the Williams-Sonoma merchandiser business group. By converting a fragmented legacy workflow into a unified, role-based platform, we cut creation time and established the brand’s first enterprise business software.

Research Partnership - Conducted on-site and remote interviews with top merchandisers to map current pain points.
Cross-Functional Alignment - Co-authored user-story backlog with a business analyst to translate vague requirements into actionable sprint goals.
Global Agile Collaboration - Participated in daily stand-ups with the India dev squad, unblocking issues and presenting ahead-of-sprint prototypes to stakeholders.
Scope & Expectation Management - Worked with Photon’s program director to reset deliverable timelines when WS IT requested features beyond the original SoW.
